Siu-Fong Evans has competed in the following tournaments: 1St World Traditional Wushu Festival, Zhengzhou, China October 16-20, 2004 This is a tough competition. Each competitor was allowed to compete 2 events. Siu-Fong competed the Wudang Taiji sword and Yang Style Taiji. She won 2 Silver Medals(second price)! During our stay with the USAWKF Team, Siu-Fong and Jing Jing have been interviewed 4-5 times in China TV and newspaper. Siu-Fong competed in 2 taiji events, the maximum allowed, and ranked in the first level (yi deng jiang) in both events. Her Sun style was flawless, earning her a perfect score. Yongnian (Birth Place of Yang Luchan), Hebei Province, China The 2000 China Yongnian Taijiquan FestivalThis festival was organized by Chinese Officials. Siu-Fong competed in 4 taiji events. She won 2 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal. Scottsdale, Arizona World Martial Arts 2000 Grand Championship FestivalSiu-Fong competed in all taiji-quan and taiji sword routines, won 5 gold medals, and was proclaimed Grand Champion for Internal Forms. Baltimore, Maryland The 2000 International Kung Fu Championships and FestivalIn this USAWKF-organized festival, Siu-Fong competed in all taiji-quan and taiji sword routines, won 6 gold, 4 silver, and 1 bronze medal, and was proclaimed Grand Champion for Internal Forms. The president of the USAWKF invited her to return in 2001 as a judge. Orlando, Florida Tournament 2000 Wah Lum International Kung Fu ChampionshipSiu-Fong competed in all taiji-quan and taiji sword routines and won six gold and two silver medals. She competed in more events than any other competitor and won the most in the Internal Form Division. In addition, Siu-Fong was honored as a VIP. St. Petersburg, Florida 2000 International Chinese Martial Arts ChampionshipSiu-Fong competed in all taiji-quan and taiji sword routines, won gold for every one, and was proclaimed Grand Champion for Internal Forms. She was invited to return in 2001 as a judge and performer at the Master's Demonstration. Dallas, Texas 1999 & 2000 Taiji Legacy and Kung-Fu ChampionshipSiu-Fong won a total of twenty four gold and two silver medals, plus the International Taiji Legacy Grand Champion Cup, a record breaking achievement.
